Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of edible and cosmetic oil products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

• The product must be in the same condition as received

• Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, leaked, or defective on delivery

⚠️ Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used edible oils

• Opened or used cosmetic or hair oil products

• Products damaged due to customer handling

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Clear photos/videos (in case of damaged or defective products)

Return Shipping

• Free return shipping is provided for approved returns

• We will arrange courier pickup or guide the customer on return shipping

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
